Veronica Townsend

Veronica Townsend is an attorney and owner of House of Townsend, P.A., a transactional law practice in Ocean View, Delaware. She works with clients on real estate settlements, estate planning, probate and estate administration, and business law. Veronica earned an undergraduate degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Delaware and attended Elon University School of Law. During law school, she served as membership editor of the Elon Law Review and president of the Student Bar Association. Her training and student leadership experience support a legal practice built around client communication, organization, and the documentation required for real estate and planning matters.

Her real estate work includes guiding clients through property settlements and the steps involved in purchasing or selling a home. Her estate planning and administration services address wills, related planning documents, probate, and matters following a death. She also helps business owners with entity formation and related needs. She has developed her practice in the Delaware community where she grew up.

Veronica has been involved in networking efforts that support women in business, including co-founding Professionals in Pink. Her work is centered on building relationships while handling transactions that affect clients’ homes, companies, and estates. She previously practiced under the Weidman & Townsend name before the House of Townsend rebrand. Veronica Townsend continues to provide transactional legal services to individuals and business owners in coastal Delaware.
