Veronica Garza

Veronica Garza is a Board-Certified Immigration and Nationality Law attorney and the founder of The Law Offices of Veronica Garza, PLLC. She represents clients in each area of immigration law, including family-based petitions, employment visas, removal defense, humanitarian relief, and citizenship. With more than a decade of experience, she is known for her precision, integrity, and commitment to helping individuals and families navigate the U.S. immigration system.

Ms. Garza earned her J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Texas State University. Her strong academic foundation and early passion for advocacy have shaped her professional success and dedication to justice.

Ms. Garza served as Supervising Attorney at Catholic Charities Fort Worth, where she played a vital role in expanding and strengthening the immigration department before establishing her firm. Her leadership and knowledge helped the organization build a comprehensive immigration program that provided critical legal support to countless families and individuals. She later became Managing Partner at Garza & Morton, PLLC, before founding her own practice to provide more focused and personalized legal representation.

Veronica Garza and her practice are recognized for her excellence and compassion today. She has presented at national immigration conferences and contributed to legal publications to guide newer practitioners. Her expertise in waivers of inadmissibility and court representation has earned her the respect of clients, colleagues, and judges alike. She is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. Supreme Court. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Rotary Club of Fort Worth.
