Vanessa Elias is the founder and immigration attorney of Elias Immigration Law, Ltd., based in the Charlotte and Matthews area of North Carolina. Her practice is devoted exclusively to immigration law, enabling her to provide focused, knowledgeable representation to individuals and families facing complex immigration matters. She later joined one of the largest law firms in Puerto Rico, where she practiced labor and employment law and advanced to partner. After forming her own law firm dedicated to civil practice, she relocated to North Carolina and shifted her focus to immigration law, where she has practiced since 2010. She is admitted to practice before multiple federal courts and appellate jurisdictions.
