Valerie M. Carr, Esq., is the founder of Carr Law, LLC, a Delaware law firm focused on estate planning law, probate, and real estate matters. Since opening her practice in 2015, she has provided reliable legal guidance to individuals and families who need help protecting their assets and planning for the future. Her work includes preparing wills and trusts, assisting with estate administration, and guiding clients through real estate transactions. Valerie earned her B.A. from the University of Delaware and later received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. She has also served as Chair of the Real and Personal Property Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. She participates in the Estate Administration subcommittee of the Estates and Trusts section of the same organization.

Valerie M. Carr has contributed to community-focused legal initiatives in addition to serving private clients. She helped bring the “Wills for Heroes” program to Delaware, which provides basic estate planning services at no cost to first responders such as police officers, firefighters, and emergency medical personnel. Through her legal practice and community involvement, she continues to help individuals secure their financial future and ensure their wishes are properly documented and protected under the law.
