Tyson P. Cross is the founder and principal attorney of Cross Law Group, PC. He specializes in estate planning and probate law, with a strong focus on tax planning for high-net-worth families. Licensed to practice in both California and Nevada, Tyson is uniquely qualified to handle complex estate and tax matters that cross state lines. He has extensive experience protecting assets, reducing estate taxes, and resolving tax issues for his clients.

Tyson earned his J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Boyd School of Law, graduating cum laude. He then obtained an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, known as the top tax law program in the country. He also holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno. During law school, he was active as an editor of the Gaming Law Journal and served as president of the Nevada Justice Association. He received several awards for excellence in estate planning, real estate drafting, and property law.

Tyson, before founding Cross Law Group, worked as an associate attorney at a boutique tax firm in San Diego, California. There, he represented clients in complex tax disputes before the IRS and California Franchise Tax Board.
