Tyson Gobble

Tyson K. Gobble is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of New Mexico since 2011. A native New Mexican, he was born and raised in the Four Corners area. His legal practice includes family law, criminal defense, corporate law, municipal law, and personal injury matters.

Tyson earned his Doctor of Law from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2011. His legal education prepared him for a wide range of legal work and helped build the foundation for his practice in both litigation and client representation.

Tyson focuses much of his practice on family law matters. His work includes cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, orders of protection, and restraining orders. He also assists clients with kinship guardianships, stepparent adoptions, spousal support or alimony, and Qualified Domestic Relation Orders.

In addition to family law, Tyson handles criminal defense, corporate law, municipal law, and personal injury matters. His broad practice enables him to work with individuals and organizations facing diverse legal challenges, providing careful guidance through complex legal processes and disputes.

Tyson is active in several professional and community organizations. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Mexico Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.

Tyson Gobble was recently sworn in as a member of the bar for the State of Texas. Through his work, he continues to represent clients in a wide range of legal matters while providing practical guidance and strong advocacy throughout each stage of the legal process.
