Tyler Kobylski

Tyler Kobylski begins his practice with a client-first mindset, standing up for people facing insurers that delay or deny rightful compensation. He focuses on acting quickly and effectively, pushing claims forward and tailoring strategies to what best protects each client’s interests. His work spans vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, and rideshare injury matters.

Tyler completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School, where he was honored with five CALI Excellence for the Future awards, a recognition reserved for top-performing law students in individual courses. These academic achievements strengthened his foundation for the courtroom work he would later pursue.

Tyler entered the legal field determined to support those harmed by negligence. From the beginning of a case, he explains the process clearly, helping clients understand each step as he manages negotiations, documentation, and communication with insurance adjusters. Tyler has earned professional recognition throughout his career, including being selected to Super Lawyers: 2024 – 2026 and Selected to Rising Stars: 2021 – 2022. These honors reflect his skill in personal injury litigation and his dedication to clients who rely on him during challenging times.
