Michael S. Shinsky

Michael S. Shinsky is a skilled Illinois trial lawyer with more than two decades of experience representing clients in serious personal injury matters. After earning his law degree with honors, he began his career as a prosecutor with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. There, he advanced quickly and handled cases involving abused and neglected children, gaining valuable courtroom and advocacy skills.

Michael earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he served on the ATLA Trial Team and received awards for excellence in trial advocacy. This strong training prepared him for the demanding work of civil litigation. His bar admissions include Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, allowing him to advocate for injured clients in both state and federal courts.
