Tsion Chudnovsky

Tsion Chudnovsky is the managing attorney and founder of Chudnovsky Law, serving clients in Los Angeles and throughout California. She focuses on criminal and DUI defense, professional license defense, and criminal immigration matters involving noncitizens. Her practice covers cases from police investigations and pre-filing intervention through arrest and trial. She represents clients facing misdemeanors, felonies, DUI allegations, white collar offenses, violent crimes, drug charges, and other serious accusations.

Tsion earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where she served as articles editor of the Loyola Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree in political science and government from the University of California, Irvine. Before entering private practice, she completed a judicial internship with California Court of Appeal Justice William F. Rylaarsdam. Her legal education and early court experience support her ability to evaluate evidence, identify procedural issues, and develop practical defense strategies.

Tsion has practiced law for more than 22 years and works with a team that includes former government prosecutors and defense attorneys. Her experience includes representing licensed professionals, such as physicians, nurses, dentists, and other California license holders, when criminal allegations may affect both their freedom and careers. She also assists noncitizens whose cases may carry immigration consequences and handles matters involving DUI, homicide, fraud, theft, domestic violence, weapons charges, sex crimes, and federal offenses.

Tsion Chudnovsky has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers among its Top 100 Trial Lawyers and maintains memberships in the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National College for DUI Defense. She is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Fluent in several languages, including Spanish, French, Italian, and Amharic, she helps clients understand their legal options while addressing complex criminal and professional challenges.
