Troy Kirk

Troy Kirk is an attorney at Rembolt Ludtke who advises businesses, business owners, organizations, and individuals on transactional and strategic matters. His practice focuses on corporate law, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and technology, and real estate. Kirk earned a B.S. in Business Management with highest distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1999. He received his J.D. with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2002, where he served as executive editor of the Nebraska Law Review. After law school, he clerked for Justice John F. Wright of the Nebraska Supreme Court. His business and legal training supports a thoughtful approach to complex transactions and commercial decision-making.

His experience includes private business purchases and sales ranging from six-figure to nine-figure transactions across manufacturing, technology, renewable energy, telecommunications, banking, insurance, agriculture, healthcare, retail, and other industries. Kirk also assists clients with trademark and copyright protection, federal trademark applications, commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, and company formation and governance. He has represented telecommunications and natural gas clients in regulatory proceedings before the Nebraska Public Service Commission.

Troy Kirk is known for careful attention to detail and practical solutions to complex business problems. He serves as co-founder, board member, and corporate secretary of Shared Vision International and as a board member and president of The Amos Fund. His past community service includes roles with The Hope Venture, City Impact, and the University of Nebraska College of Law Young Alumni Council.
