Kelly Hoffschneider

Kelly Hoffschneider is the founder of Hoffschneider Law, a Nebraska general practice firm with offices in Lincoln and Seward. He advises family farms, businesses, municipalities, and individuals on agricultural law, corporate transactions, trusts and estates, real estate, and municipal matters. Kelly also assists businesses with succession planning and serves as outside general counsel and registered agent for Nebraska entities, providing practical guidance for both routine operations and important transitions.

Kelly earned undergraduate degrees in business administration and business education from the University of Nebraska in 2000. He received his J.D. and a business transactions certification from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2003.
