Tresi Moore Weeks is a highly respected attorney who focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, guardianship, and special needs trusts. Tresi began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Service from Baylor University in 1984. She then earned her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 1987. She has been licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas since 1987, and is also admitted in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.

Tresi has held several leadership positions, including President of the Collin County Bar Association and Past President of Disability Rights Texas. She is a member of many professional groups, such as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Dallas Estate Planning Council, and is a recognized speaker on legal topics.
