Travis Rice

Travis Rice is a dedicated criminal defense lawyer based in Caldwell, Idaho. Since opening his solo practice, Travis Rice Attorney at Law, PLLC, in 2017, he has handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases each year. Travis earned his G.E.D. from the University of Alaska-Bethel before pursuing higher education at Brigham Young University-Idaho, where he studied History and Agriculture. After developing a strong interest in law, he earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho, College of Law. During law school, he focused on gaining practical courtroom experience to build real-world legal skills.

Travis, while in law school, served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Juneal Kerrick in Canyon County. This role allowed him to observe court proceedings and study trial strategies from experienced attorneys. He later worked under a limited law license as a public defender at Mimura Law. There, he tried cases and handled matters in the Domestic Violence Specialty Court. His hands-on experience shaped his approach to negotiation, litigation, and trial work.
