Tracey earned a B.A. from Seton Hall University in 2008, where she studied English and Business Management. She later received her J.D. from the University of the District of Columbia – David A. Clarke School of Law in 2011. During law school, she completed over 750 hours of pro bono service.
Tracey has handled numerous employment disputes involving wrongful termination and workplace discrimination. Her experience includes cases based on race, gender, age, disability, religion, national origin, and sexual orientation. She also represents clients in retaliation claims, including FMLA interference and related workplace rights violations.
