Mark Venardi

Mark Venardi is a dedicated trial attorney and a senior founding member of the Law firm Venardi Zurada. He focuses on personal injury, employment law, and complex litigation. His background in military service and early legal practice shaped his strong commitment to helping people seek justice.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1991. He received his JD in 1994 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He also completed training at Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College and the Strauss Institute.

Mark has built a strong career through decades of legal work, including roles at major law firms before starting his own practice. He became a partner at Holland & Knight LLP and later founded his firm to represent individuals. He has handled many complex cases and achieved strong outcomes.

Mark has received many honors, including Northern California SuperLawyers from 2009 through 2024 and an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is also a member of the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and received the Snodgrass Competition Outstanding Oral Argument Award.
