Tony Sasser

Tony Sasser is the founding partner and lead attorney of Sasser Law Office in Pocatello, Idaho. Tony has practiced law in Idaho since 1999 and focuses on personal injury representation. He handles claims involving car accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, dog bites, workers’ compensation, and wrongful death. His work includes representing injured clients in disputes with major insurance companies and pursuing compensation through negotiation and litigation.

Tony attended the University of Idaho School of Law and earned an undergraduate degree in English from Brigham Young University. His legal education prepared him for a litigation career, while his English background supports the research, writing, and communication required in injury cases. After law school, he clerked for N. Randy Smith, gaining early experience with judicial procedure, legal analysis, and the preparation of contested matters.

Before opening Sasser Law Office in 2010, Tony worked at Cooper & Larsen and Echohawk Law. His career has included civil litigation and personal injury work, and his current practice is centered on representing people harmed in accidents or through negligence. He handles cases involving serious injuries and disputed insurance responsibility, drawing on more than two decades of Idaho legal experience to develop claims and prepare matters for resolution or trial.
