Ashley Hendricks Duck is a partner with Chhabra, Gibbs & Gustavis in Jackson. Ashley handles personal injury cases, workers’ compensation claims, and mass tort matters. Her injury practice includes car wrecks, 18-wheeler accidents, work accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, fire accidents, pedestrian accidents, products liability, and other serious injury claims. She represents injured clients in Mississippi courts and works on matters involving both individual accidents and larger coordinated litigation.
Ashley earned a B.S. in Psychology from Mississippi State University in 2006, graduating cum laude. She received her J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law in 2012, where she served on the Moot Court Board, received an American Jurisprudence Award in Pre-trial Practice, and was selected to the National Order of Barristers. Her education developed skills in advocacy, pretrial preparation, and understanding how injury can affect individuals and families.
Ashley is admitted to practice in all Mississippi state courts, the Mississippi Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. She also served as a legal extern for the Honorable Melvin J. Priester of Hinds County Court. Her litigation practice involves accident investigation, medical and damages evidence, workers’ compensation benefits, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation for claims arising from serious personal and workplace injuries.
