Todd earned his J.D. from Arizona Summit Law School, formerly Phoenix School of Law, where he focused his studies on family law. He also holds a B.S. from Brigham Young University Hawaii. His legal education provided a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and courtroom procedure, preparing him to handle matters that require both technical knowledge and sound judgment.

Todd began his legal career as a Law Clerk at Turner & Simpson, gaining hands-on experience in family law and real estate cases. He later served as a Title & Escrow Officer at Premium Title & Escrow, Inc., where he ensured real property titles were marketable and insurable. This role strengthened his understanding of property transactions, compliance standards, and risk evaluation, which continues to benefit his legal practice.

Todd is admitted to practice law in Arizona and Utah and is a member of the Arizona Supreme Court State Bar and the Utah State Bar. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court Bars of Arizona and Utah, as well as the 9th and 10th Circuit Courts.
