Mark earned his J.D. from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1993. He also completed his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 1990. Mark built a career focused on consumer and business bankruptcy matters after entering the legal profession. He has been admitted to practice law in California since 1993 and in Arizona since 2002.
