Todd earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Emory University. Following law school, he clerked for Judge H. Clyde Pearson, former Chief Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Virginia. This early experience gave him valuable insight into judicial decision-making and the complexities of bankruptcy law.

Before joining his current practice, Todd worked at large Atlanta law firms, a boutique firm, and as general counsel and head of operations for an early-stage software company. These experiences gave him firsthand knowledge of how businesses operate, as well as the ability to anticipate client needs. His combination of legal and business leadership enables him to guide companies and individuals through critical transactions, negotiations, and disputes while maintaining a practical and client-focused perspective.
