Titus Pemberton

Titus Pemberton is the founder of Pemberton Law, LLC, where he serves families, entrepreneurs, and property owners across northeast Georgia. He advises clients on estate planning law, probate, business law, and real estate matters. He helps entrepreneurs establish sustainable companies, and he guides families seeking to protect assets and transfer wealth. Titus earned his B.A. in Philosophy with distinction from Indiana University, Indianapolis Campus, in 2013. He mentored students in logic and symbolic logic through the university’s Bepko Learning Center. He earned recognition through the Golden Key Honor Society, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the Dean’s List. He completed his J.D. at Georgia State Law in 2017, where he served as a graduate research assistant.
Titus prepares wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and other estate planning documents. He assists executors, administrators, and beneficiaries with probate and estate administration. He advises startups and established companies on entity formation, operating agreements, contracts, compliance, purchases, sales, and restructuring.
