Timothy J. Wheeler

Timothy J. Wheeler is a seasoned trial attorney known for handling complex civil cases across California. His practice covers product liability, auto product liability, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, legal malpractice, road design, insurance bad faith, and general negligence. He has secured more than 150 verdicts and settlements exceeding one million dollars. His courtroom work has produced landmark results, including major verdicts against public entities and record jury awards for emotional distress and contract damages.

Tim earned his B.S. in 1975 from Santa Clara University, where he was a recipient of the Jesuit Scholarship and majored in Political Science. He later obtained his J.D. in 1978 from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, California. His education laid a strong foundation for analytical thinking and persuasive advocacy, which continue to shape his approach to complex litigation and high-stakes jury trials.

Tim has received wide recognition for his trial achievements. He was named “Personal Injury Lawyer of the Year” in Los Angeles by Best Lawyers, 2012, and “Product Liability Lawyer of the Year” in Los Angeles by Best Lawyers, 2013.
