Gregory G. Rizio

Gregory G. Rizio is a seasoned personal injury trial attorney who has spent decades standing up for injured individuals and families. Since founding his practice in 1995, he has focused on serious injury and wrongful death claims. He is known for taking on powerful insurance companies and pursuing full compensation so clients can rebuild their lives.

Greg received his BA degree from Point Loma Nazarene University, San Diego, in 1988. He later earned his Juris Doctor at California Western School of Law, San Diego, in 1991. After law school, he served from 1991 to 1992 as a Deputy District Attorney Pro Tem in the Major Drug Division at the San Diego District Attorney’s office.

Greg has achieved record-setting verdicts in Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties. In 2014, he secured a nearly $58 Million jury verdict in Riverside Superior Court, the largest plaintiff’s verdict in Riverside County, the #1 verdict in the State of California, and the 10th largest verdict nationally that year. For his results, he received the “Attorney of the Year” award from the Inland Empire Bar Association, was named California’s “Trial Lawyer of the Year” for 2015 by the California Association of Consumer Attorneys, and earned the “Litigator’s Award,” presented to the top 1% of attorneys nationwide.

Greg serves on the Inland Empire “American Board of Trial Advocates” (ABOTA) executive council.
