Timothy J. Anzenberger

Timothy J. Anzenberger is a bankruptcy lawyer, Partner, and Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Team Leader at Adams and Reese LLP, whose practice focuses on commercial restructuring, creditors’ rights, financial services, and related litigation. He represents financial institutions and other creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and state and federal court disputes. Timothy has represented lenders and creditors in complex bankruptcy disputes and related appeals. His experience includes cases involving bad-faith bankruptcy filings, fraudulent transfers, hidden assets, discharge disputes, and commercial debt issues. He has argued before appellate courts and participates in pro bono appellate programs for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits.
