Timothy J. Anzenberger is a bankruptcy lawyer, Partner, and Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Team Leader at Adams and Reese LLP, whose practice focuses on commercial restructuring, creditors’ rights, financial services, and related litigation. His achievements included a national moot court championship, Best Brief honors, and recognition for oral advocacy. He received multiple Best Paper Awards in subjects including antitrust, secured transactions, legal writing, and law and economics.

Timothy has represented lenders and creditors in complex bankruptcy disputes and related appeals. His experience includes cases involving bad-faith bankruptcy filings, fraudulent transfers, hidden assets, discharge disputes, and commercial debt issues. He has argued before appellate courts and participates in pro bono appellate programs for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits. He frequently writes on bankruptcy topics and contributes to professional programs addressing restructuring and insolvency law.

Timothy J. Anzenberger is a Partner and Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Team Leader. He serves on the American Bankruptcy Institute Board of Directors and co-chairs its Business Reorganization Committee. He previously clerked for Presiding Justice Jess H. Dickinson of the Mississippi Supreme Court. His background includes an externship with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is admitted in Mississippi and North Carolina and has received Chambers USA recognition for bankruptcy and restructuring work.
