Tim Williams

Tim Williams is the managing partner and lead litigator at his firm. He focuses on personal injury cases and has taken many cases to trial in Oregon. His work includes helping clients harmed in car accidents, work-related incidents, and wrongful death matters, while seeking accountability from people and corporations.

Tim earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2003. He earned his B.S. in Criminology, cum laude, from Southern Oregon University in 1999. His education helped prepare him for trial work, legal writing, client advocacy, and careful case preparation in personal injury matters.

Tim has been admitted to the Oregon State Bar since 2003. He is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Since 2003, he has won tens of millions for clients.

Tim’s honors include Oregon SuperLawyers, Oregon SuperLawyers Rising Star, Lawyers of Distinction, Rue Ratings Best Attorneys of America, The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and The National Association of Distinguished Counsel Nation’s Top One Percent. His professional memberships include trial lawyer groups, court historical societies, bar groups, and advocacy organizations tied to civil justice and courtroom practice.

Tim Williams brings strong trial experience, leadership, and personal injury knowledge to clients across Oregon. His work includes litigation, case preparation, courtroom advocacy, legal writing, and speaking on trial methods and technology. He has co-authored Oregon legal education materials and written for Trial Lawyer Magazine on trial techniques.
