Tim Tyree

Tim Tyree has built a respected legal career spanning more than two decades, concentrating on business and real estate matters. His work covers transactions of all kinds, including forming new entities, structuring ownership, guiding mergers and acquisitions, negotiating sales, leases, and financing, as well as handling development, franchise, and permitting issues.

Tim earned his B.A. degree from Boise State University in 1993 before pursuing his J.D. at Willamette University, graduating in 1997. He is admitted to practice law in both Idaho and Utah. In addition to his practice, he has contributed to legal education as a Certified Idaho Real Estate Course Instructor since 2014, helping professionals better understand the field.

Tim has received notable recognition throughout his career, including being named among Idaho’s Brightest Stars in 2019 and earning distinction as a Leaders in Law Partner in 2016. Earlier honors include the Accomplished Under 40 Award in 2002 and the Boise State University Distinguished Alumni Service Award in 2011. His commitment to leadership development was also marked by his selection for the Idaho Academy of Leadership for Lawyers.

Beyond his legal work, Tim has been actively involved in community service. He has served on numerous nonprofit and civic boards, including the City Club of Boise, Boise State Alumni Association, Make-A-Wish Foundation of Idaho, American Cancer Society, and Boise Valley Economic Partnership. He continues to contribute as a Board Member of Camp Rainbow Gold, showing a strong dedication to giving back.
