Jonathan Bauer began his career as a business owner before pursuing law to continue his family’s tradition of service. Jon earned his B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis in 1994. He then completed his J.D. at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York in 2001. Licensed in both Idaho and Massachusetts, he has combined his education with years of experience to provide practical, effective legal support.

Jon offers business clients guidance on new formations, mergers, acquisitions, contract drafting, and ownership transitions.
