David A. Kadzai

David A. Kadzai is the founding attorney of Kadzai Law Group, LLC, based in Chicago. Known for his client-focused and results-driven approach, he aims to redefine how clients experience legal representation. His practice includes personal injury, medical malpractice, and civil rights litigation, with a strong emphasis on accountability and justice for injured parties.

David earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2009, following his undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2004. This solid academic background supports his effective legal strategy in complex injury and liability cases.

David’s work spans a wide range of practice areas, including nursing home abuse, wrongful death, car and truck accidents, premises liability, and police brutality. He is also an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, where he adjudicates cases related to uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage.

David’s experience as an Election Judge with both the Chicago Board of Elections and the Cook County Elections Board adds to his legal versatility, including overseeing objections to candidate filings in local elections.
