Tiffany Turner

Tiffany Turner is the founder of Turner Law Firm, PLLC, which she established in 2013 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her practice focuses on real estate, estate planning, and bankruptcy relief. She assists clients with land disputes, landlord and tenant concerns, foreclosure situations, and debt-related problems. Her work also involves helping people navigate legal decisions that affect their property, finances, and future plans.

Turner earned a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in May 2008. She graduated from the University of Iowa in May 2003 with a B.A. in Asian Languages and Literature, a B.B.A. in Marketing, and a minor in French. Her business and language studies complement the legal training she uses to analyze property issues, review financial concerns, and communicate with clients.

Before establishing her firm, Turner worked on discovery responses for major corporations in Chicago, Detroit, and Charlotte. She became licensed in North Carolina in September 2008 and was subsequently admitted to practice before the federal district courts in the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of North Carolina. Her experience extends from litigation-related document work to real estate matters and bankruptcy relief for individuals confronting difficult financial circumstances.

Turner has also contributed time to the Coalition to Unchain Dogs, the Tax Clinic of Legal Services of the Southern Piedmont, and the Council for Children’s Rights. She belongs to the North Carolina Bar Association and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association. Tiffany Turner continues to help clients address practical property and debt issues while providing guidance on estate planning and other important legal needs.
