Tiffany DeBruin

Tiffany DeBruin is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience in criminal defense and family law. She has built a reputation for creating strong defense strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation. Tiffany focuses on DeBruin Law, PLLC, on protecting her clients’ rights and works hard to reduce stress throughout the legal process in criminal defense and family law. She handles cases such as operating while intoxicated (OWI), driver’s license restoration, traffic violations, domestic violence, drug crimes, theft, probation violations, juvenile offenses, expungements, and more. In addition, she provides family law services, including divorce, child custody, guardianship, and basic estate planning, such as wills and powers of attorney.

Tiffany earned her B.B.A. from Malone University in 2003. She then completed her J.D. at Capital University Law School in 2006. After practicing law in Ohio for five years, she moved to Michigan and founded DeBruin Law, PLLC in 2011. Her education laid a strong foundation for her legal career and ongoing commitment to justice.

Tiffany has helped many clients achieve successful outcomes throughout her career. These include dismissals of serious charges such as embezzlement, assault, and domestic violence, as well as reductions of criminal and traffic offenses. She is recognized for her leadership in the legal community, serving on boards and committees, including an appointment by the Michigan Governor to the Community Corrections Board. She is also a Super Lawyer from 2022 to 2025 and a faculty member for the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan.
