Thomas S. Campbell

Thomas S. Campbell is a seasoned attorney based in California, specializing in civil rights and employment law. Mr. Campbell graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1979 with a B.S. in Biochemistry. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1998, graduating cum laude. After earning his J.D., Mr. Campbell externed in 1998 for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, then Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. In 1997, he also served in the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Environmental Crimes / Cal OSHA Division. Since then, Mr. Campbell has dedicated his practice to civil rights and employment law, representing employees in cases involving workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and other employment-related disputes.

Thomas S. Campbell has achieved significant success in both appellate and trial courts. His appellate victories include notable cases such as Mesbah v. Ashcroft (2001), Franco v. Athens Disposal Co. (2009), and Gutierrez v. California Commerce Club (2010). He has also successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials, including a sexual harassment case that resulted in a $2.5 million award. His achievements have earned him respect within the legal community, and he remains an active member of both the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Consumer Association of Attorneys of Los Angeles.
