Chris externed with Public Defenders’ Offices in Washington County, Arkansas, and Tulsa, Oklahoma. There, he worked on felony-level cases, including robbery and homicide, and became familiar with complex pretrial and arraignment procedures. His early exposure to serious criminal litigation helped shape his strategic courtroom mindset.
