Thomas Guttenberg, Esq., is a Senior Associate Attorney with Stange Law Firm, PC, representing clients across Sedgwick County and surrounding areas from the Wichita, Kansas office. Guttenberg earned his B.S. in Business Administration, with a minor in Economics, from California State University, Northridge. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of La Verne College of Law in Ontario, California, graduating in 2015. While in law school, he earned a Certificate of Achievement in Legal Research, further strengthening his analytical and practical skills. Licensed to practice law in Kansas, he brings both academic excellence and courtroom experience to his practice.

Before joining Stange Law Firm, PC, Guttenberg worked in diverse legal roles, including serving as an Assistant County Attorney in Kansas. In that position, he prosecuted criminal cases, conducted evidentiary hearings, negotiated pleas, and successfully tried cases to jury verdict. His earlier experience also includes family law, workers’ compensation, and solo practice in civil litigation. Additionally, he has managed discovery teams in high-stakes litigation involving antitrust investigations, civil fraud, and shareholder disputes.
