Robert D. Gifford is the founder of Gifford Law, P.L.L.C. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He handles complex civil and criminal litigation in federal, state, tribal, and military courts, with a practice that includes civil rights, whistleblower claims, white collar defense, Native American law, military law, and government contracts. He has tried and argued cases in federal and military forums in the United States and abroad and continues to practice in tribal courts across Oklahoma.
