Thomas C. Damico is a highly experienced criminal defense attorney with a strong background in litigation. Thomas earned his J.D. from Louisiana State University Law Center in 1979. Before that, he obtained his B.A. from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in 1974. His legal education and early career gave him the foundation to become one of Louisiana’s most respected criminal defense attorneys.

After law school, Thomas began his career as an Assistant District Attorney for East Baton Rouge Parish, where he quickly advanced to Section Chief. In 1984, Thomas C. Damico transitioned into private practice, joining a growing law firm where he became managing partner and chief litigator. By 1989, he founded his own law firm, focusing on criminal defense.
