Theodis N. Thompson, Jr. is the Principal Attorney at Thompson Law Firm, PLLC. He focuses his practice on criminal defense, family law, personal injury, and probate matters. Known for being a zealous and compassionate advocate, Mr. Thompson brings a client-centered approach to every case. Mr. Thompson earned both a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He later obtained his J.D. from the UALR Bowen School of Law in 2009. Before entering the legal field, he spent several years working in corporate and governmental accounting, giving him a strong foundation in financial matters that informs his legal practice today.

During and after law school, Mr. Thompson built extensive, hands-on experience as a law clerk with several leading Arkansas law firms. He was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2012 and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. His practice also includes service on the Federal Public Defender’s Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel and appointment as a qualified Attorney Ad Litem in Arkansas child custody cases.
