Thear J. Lemoine

Thear J. Lemoine is a director and shareholder with a general litigation defense practice in New Orleans and Gulfport. He handles appellate, commercial auto, construction, environmental, insurance coverage, Jones Act, oilfield, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, property, trucking, and wrongful death matters for business clients.

Thear earned his law degree from Louisiana State University Law Center in 1999. He also graduated from Loyola University New Orleans in 1995. He is admitted in Louisiana and Mississippi, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the federal district courts in Louisiana and Mississippi.
