Terry A. Moore

Terry A. Moore is a Nevada real estate lawyer and shareholder at Marquis Aurbach Chtd., whose practice focuses on commercial real estate law, landlord-tenant matters, title insurance, and escrow litigation. He represents commercial and residential property management companies, commercial building owners, title insurers, and title agents throughout Nevada. His litigation experience includes numerous jury and bench trials in Nevada state and federal courts, along with appellate matters before the Nevada Supreme Court.

Mr. Moore earned his B.A. in Environmental Studies, with honors, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He later earned his J.D. as a member of the charter class of the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada. His academic background in environmental studies preceded a legal career centered largely on real property and related disputes.

Mr. Moore handles disputes involving commercial property, landlord-tenant relationships, title insurance, and escrow matters. His experience includes representing property owners and management companies in complex real estate litigation. He served as co-lead trial and appellate counsel in Thitchener v. Countrywide Home Loans, a Nevada Supreme Court case decided en banc. His practice combines trial work with appellate advocacy involving significant property and commercial issues.

Terry A. Moore is admitted in Nevada, the US District Court for the District of Nevada, the Ninth Circuit, and the US Supreme Court.
