Terrence L. Parker is the founder of Parker Law Offices and has led the firm since 1991. He represents clients in injury and disability matters with a practice built on courtroom skill, careful preparation, and long experience. His background reflects steady leadership and a strong commitment to effective client advocacy.
Terrence graduated with honors from Suffolk University Law School. In his final year, he received the Am Jur Award for the highest grade in Civil Trial Practice. During law school, he also served as a Law Clerk and Intern for the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Before law school, Terrence served as a Deputy Clerk for the U.S. Courts and worked for the U.S. Department of the Treasury. These early roles gave him valuable experience in public service, court systems, and legal procedure that later supported his practice development.
His recognitions include serving as class counsel in several major matters, including Herman v. The Home Depot U.S.A., In re Wal-Mart Item Pricing Consolidated Class Actions, Sullivan v. Walgreen Eastern Co, Inc., Barry v. Circuit City Stores, Inc., Rosen v. Ingersol Rand and Kryptonite Corporation, and Hardy v. Sears.
These class action matters resulted in nearly $ 30 million recovered. In addition, Terrence has worked with co-counsel in recovering millions of dollars in individual personal injury claims. His record shows meaningful results in both large group litigation and individual cases involving serious injuries and losses.
Terrence is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court, the United States Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has also been active in many professional organizations, reflecting broad involvement in the legal community and the profession.
Terrence L. Parker has been active in the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives, the National Association of Disability Representatives, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. He also served as President of the Middlesex County Bar Association and in other leadership roles.
