Michael Hayes Biderman

Michael Hayes Biderman is a trial lawyer who represents people harmed by negligence. Michael earned both of his degrees from the University of Iowa. During law school, he served as Associate Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law & Contemporary Problems. His legal writing also includes a published article, A Potentially Dubious New Front in the War on Terrorism, which appeared in that journal in 2004.

Michael began his legal career at the Alaska Public Defender Agency in Fairbanks, where he handled trial work and courtroom advocacy from 2005 to 2011. That experience built the strong litigation skills he now uses on behalf of injured plaintiffs in Iowa. He is admitted in Iowa and Alaska, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa. His professional honors include fellowships in the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Trial Lawyers.
