Tenley Callaghan

Tenley Callaghan focuses her practice at Cleveland Waters and Bass, P.A. on commercial lending and business transactions. Tenley earned her J.D. from Villanova Law School in 1989 and her B.A. from Vassar College in 1986. Her legal education provided a strong foundation in contracts, property law, and business planning. During law school, she developed careful research and writing skills that continue to guide her practice today. Her academic training supports her ability to analyze complex title issues and structure transactions that protect her clients’ interests across New Hampshire and Maine in commercial real estate and lending matters.

Tenley served as a title attorney for a large real estate settlement company before joining the firm. This experience gives her practical insight into title review, underwriting standards, and closing procedures. She now serves as the managing director of Granite State Title Services, LLC, the firm’s affiliated title company. In this role, she coordinates with lenders and buyers to clear title issues, address liens, and ensure accurate documentation for each transaction, while maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the process.

Tenley Callaghan is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Maine. She has been recognized by industry peers and was nominated for the Affiliate of the Year award by the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors. She frequently presents on real estate law and title matters to lenders, brokers, and business groups.
