Mr. Korbey earned his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and his J.D. from Boston College Law School. He graduated from Central Catholic High School before pursuing his higher education. His academic training built a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and advocacy. Through rigorous study and practical experience during law school, he developed the skills required to address complex legal issues with clarity and confidence. His education prepared him for leadership within the legal community.

Mr. Korbey began practicing law in Derry with the firm of Walter A. Pillsbury, later known as Pillsbury and Korbey, P.A. In 1989, he was joined by Attorney Brian Germaine. He later served as Justice of the Auburn District Court and was appointed Justice of the Salem District Court in 1997. After retiring from the bench in 2011, he returned to private practice, continuing to provide strategic counsel and informed representation. His judicial insight strengthens every client’s matter.
