He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Utah State University in 2006, followed by a Master of Science from Texas Tech University in 2009. That same year, he received his JD – Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law, and in 2017, he graduated from Elder Law College.
Taylor began his legal journey at Tombs & Maxwell, PLLC in Lubbock, Texas, serving as a law clerk in estate planning and probate. In 2009, he joined Davis & Associates, where he expanded into international estate planning and U.S. business formation, supporting global clients in securing and growing their assets within the country.
Taylor is also an accomplished author, having written five books that simplify complex estate topics for everyday families. His titles include “Will Trust: Do I Need a Will or a Trust?”, “Free Long Term Care,” and “Helping Your Parent With Long Term Care.” These works reflect his commitment to education and empowerment.
Taylor’s credibility is underscored by numerous recognitions and affiliations. He received the Best Attorney award from Living Magazine in 2015 and was named a Super Lawyers Association member for five consecutive years from 2019 to 2023. His exclusive practice in estate planning and elder law keeps him at the forefront of his field.
