Her legal journey began at Decker Jones in the 1980s, where she worked her way up from legal secretary to the firm’s first paralegal, all while attending night school and working full-time.
Janet focuses her practice on the creation of trusts, wills, and powers of attorney, as well as estate administration and probate matters. She also advises business clients on entity formation, contract drafting, and employee agreements, and represents parties in asset and stock acquisitions across a range of industries.
