Evan Y. Lin

Evan Y. Lin is the founding attorney and managing member of Lin Law LLC in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He focuses on estate planning law, probate, estate and trust administration, real estate, and corporate and business law. He serves corporate executives, business owners, professionals, and high-net-worth individuals. He provides practical legal guidance for business transactions, wealth transfer planning, and complex tax strategies. His work includes wills, trusts, marital property agreements, powers of attorney, and advanced estate planning tools such as Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, and Charitable Trusts. He also assists families with multi-generational wealth planning and helps clients manage probate and trust administration matters with clarity and efficiency.

Evan graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in business from Loyola University of Chicago in 1995. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1998. During law school, he received awards for highest achievement in the Federal Estate / Gift Taxation and Corporate Taxation classes. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designation, a graduate-level specialization in estate planning.
