Tammy T. Brady

Tammy T. Brady is a senior associate attorney who has built her career practicing family law in Georgia. She has handled a wide range of cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, alimony, legitimation, and family violence protective orders. She also advises on estate planning needs, preparing wills, healthcare directives, and powers of attorney.

Tammy began her academic path at Clemson University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree before completing her Juris Doctor at the Charleston School of Law in South Carolina. Following her education, she was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, as well as the Northern and Middle District Courts of Georgia, allowing her to serve clients in both state and federal matters.

Tammy has also been actively involved in professional associations. She served as Chair of the Family Law Section of the DeKalb Bar Association during 2019–2020 and was a Board Member At Large from 2018–2019. Additionally, she continues her leadership as an ACYL Board Member of the Atlanta Bar Association and previously contributed to the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia YLD. Her memberships further extend to the DeKalb Lawyers Association and the broader legal community.
