A proud graduate of Humphreys College, Laurence Drivon School of Law, Mr. Bogan earned his Juris Doctor in 2005 after completing his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Pacific in 1998, where he majored in Persuasion and captained the university’s Debate Society. His strong background in rhetoric and communication continues to shape his dynamic litigation style and ability to connect with juries.

Before founding his firm in 2012, Mr. Bogan served as a Public Defender in San Joaquin County, representing thousands of indigent clients and earning recognition as a “trial dog”—a term used to describe fearless and highly skilled trial attorneys. During his tenure, he advanced to handling felony trials, developing the courtroom mastery and tenacity that define his private practice today.
