Tad Orval Hoover

Tad Orval Hoover is a partner at Hoover Kacyon, LLC in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, where he handles family law, criminal and traffic defense, and real estate matters. He also leads the firm’s real estate practice group. His family law work includes divorce, child custody, and related disputes. In criminal and traffic cases, he represents people facing charges that can affect their driving privileges, records, or daily lives. Hoover earned his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 2013 and a B.A. from Ohio University in 2008. He joined the predecessor practice in 2011 while still a law student and was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2013. His legal education was followed by courtroom work across family, criminal, and property matters, giving him experience with proceedings that require preparation, negotiation, and, when necessary, trial advocacy.
