Robert F. Stringini

Robert F. Stringini is a seasoned Illinois criminal defense attorney with more than four decades of experience handling complex criminal and traffic matters. He has built a respected practice focused on protecting clients’ rights through strategic advocacy, thorough preparation, and effective courtroom representation across state and federal courts.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1974 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at DePaul University. His academic background strengthened his analytical abilities and understanding of human behavior, providing a strong foundation for criminal defense litigation and client advocacy.

Throughout his legal career, Robert has served in both public and private roles, including as a former Assistant State’s Attorney for DuPage County. He has also practiced alongside prominent legal professionals, gaining valuable prosecutorial and defense experience that informs his comprehensive approach to criminal law matters.

Robert’s practice covers a wide range of criminal cases, including violent offenses, sexual assault, theft, drug charges, and DUI matters.
