Tabitha Villarrubia is a founding partner at Villarrubia & Rosenberger, P.C. in Indianapolis, Indiana. Ms. Villarrubia earned her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2005. She completed her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish at Olivet Nazarene University in 2001, with international study experience in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Guatemala.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Ms. Villarrubia represents clients before agencies such as USCIS, the Department of State, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Her immigration practice includes marriage and family petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status, DACA, TPS, and waivers. She has extensive experience in removal defense, helping clients avoid deportation through Cancellation of Removal, Prosecutorial Discretion, and humanitarian options such as U visas, T visas, and VAWA.
