Tabitha Villarrubia is a founding partner at Villarrubia & Rosenberger, P.C. in Indianapolis, Indiana. Ms. Villarrubia earned her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2005. She completed her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish at Olivet Nazarene University in 2001, with international study experience in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Guatemala.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ms. Villarrubia represents clients before USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Her immigration law practice covers marriage-based and family-based petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status, DACA, TPS, and immigration waivers. She is highly experienced in removal defense and deportation defense, helping clients remain in the United States through Cancellation of Removal, Prosecutorial Discretion, and humanitarian relief, including U visas, T visas, and VAWA.

In family law, Ms. Villarrubia handles matters like divorce, custody, paternity, parenting time, child support, and protective orders. Her firsthand understanding of the challenges immigrant families face informs her legal strategies and fuels her commitment to justice.

Tabitha Villarrubia is a board member at Wheeler Mission and Indiana Legal Services, where she chairs the Diversity Committee.
